Broker Enquiry does not itself act as a real estate broker, agent, channel partner, or intermediary in any transaction, and does not employ, supervise, or control the brokers whose details are managed through the platform.
Brokers listed or onboarded through the platform are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Broadsy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Broadsy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the conduct, professionalism, licensing status, RERA registration, qualifications, or business practices of any broker using or listed on the platform.
Users are solely responsible for verifying a broker's identity, licensing, and credentials before engaging in any business dealing with them.
Broker Enquiry does not guarantee:
The generation or conversion of broker-referred leads
Successful deal closures arising from broker referrals
Accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of commission calculations
Timely payout of broker commissions
Any specific revenue, business outcome, or relationship between a broker and a customer or builder
Outcomes depend on factors such as broker performance, market conditions, customer decisions, and the accuracy of information entered by the broker or the business.
Details such as broker identity, contact information, licensing/RERA registration, referral leads, and commission terms may be entered by the broker, the business, or a third-party integration.
Broker Enquiry does not independently verify the accuracy, authenticity, or legality of any broker-provided information, including licensing documents or claimed credentials.
Users are solely responsible for verifying such information before relying on it for any business, financial, or legal decision.
Any commission structure, payout schedule, or calculation displayed within the Broker module reflects data entered by the business and/or broker and is provided for record-keeping and tracking purposes only.
Broker Enquiry does not process, guarantee, or hold funds on behalf of any broker or business, and is not a party to any commission agreement between a broker and a builder, developer, or business.
Disputes relating to commission amounts, payout timing, or non-payment are solely between the broker and the relevant business, and Broadsy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. bears no responsibility or liability for resolving such disputes.
Nothing available through the Broker module constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice regarding broker agreements, commission structures, or property transactions.
Users and brokers should consult qualified professionals before entering into any brokerage agreement, referral arrangement, or commission-based contract.
The Broker module may integrate with third-party services such as communication platforms, payment tools, or verification APIs.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, service interruptions, data accuracy received from third parties, or the policies of such third-party providers.

Broker Enquiry is not responsible for communications or content created, sent, or managed by users or brokers through the platform.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the Broker module, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access.
The module may be affected by internet or network failures, server or infrastructure issues, scheduled or emergency maintenance, software updates, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
